The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

 Cancellation Period:

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. This period allows you to make adjustments or change your mind about the purchase.

Customized and Handmade Products:

Our products are made to order and handcrafted with attention to detail, cancellations requested after 24 hours may not be possible due to the personalized nature of our products.

Cancellation Process:

To cancel your order within the specified period, please contact us with 12hours through our customer support at info@kawaiiartisan.com, providing your order details and the reason for cancellation.

Refund:

If your cancellation request is within the 24-hour period, we will process a full refund for your order.

Exceptions:

In the case of customized or handcrafted items that have entered the production process, cancellations may not be possible.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Customized and Handmade Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

2. Non-Customized and Non-Handmade Products: 7-Day Return Policy
   On the ground of disliking a product, you may return any non-customized and non-sales product that is sealed, within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a 
   return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
   It also must be in the original packaging. Customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 7-day return policy. 

3. Damaged or defective items: We take pride in delivering high-quality products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable), providing clear images and a description of the issue. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
4. Incorrect Item: In the rare event that you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us promptly, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent or provide a refund.

Note: Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

Refund Policy:

1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.

2. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed promptly once we receive the returned item. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Limitation of Returns & Exchanges on specific products:

1.The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by the return will NOT be refunded.

2. If your product(s) is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may be replaced by a similar option. Kawaii Artisan reserves the right on the final decisions.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
5. Refund/Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or send a replacement, as applicable.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
• The Goods are in the original condition and packaging.
• The Goods isn’t used or damaged.
• The Goods must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• The Goods must be returned with the original receipt, including all labels, tags and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
